Philosophy is a greek word. It means 'Lovers of Wisdom' and learning about the afterlife, is searching for that extra bit of wisdom.
The Greek Philosopher Plato, born in 427 B.C.E, once said, 'All Philosophers must soar with unwaried passion until they grasp the true nature of things as they really are.' This one line describes the work of UKSPI and the UKSPI core team. UKSPI looks with unwaried passion for ghosts, and therefore, applying the theory to investigating the paranormal, UKSPI is trying to grasp the true nature of ghosts, as they really are.
This sounds strange, but this line also describes every paranormal organisation in the world, which is why, it has become our moto.
Talking of philosophy, UKSPI has a set of questions that have no answer, but
UKSPI is aiming to answer these. UKSPI is in a fierce battle with religion.
The age old war of Religion versus Science, although UKSPI respects religion
and all of its principles, UKSPI is essentially fighting for science.
UKSPI does respect religion, and their views, again, UKSPI is looking for the answer to all religious questions as well, and the existance of Ghosts, will answer a large portion of them.
Here is the list of rehtorical questions:
1. Do Ghosts Exist?
2. Why are Ghosts here?
3. Is there and Afterlife?
4. Is there a Beforelife?
7. Where does 'the light' take us?
8. Have we always existed?
9. Will we always exist?
10. What is death?
11. What is life?
12. At what point are we born?
13. Where will we go when we die?
14. What are we doing here?
15. Do guardian angels exist?
16. Where are we before we are born?
17. What can Ghosts tell us about God?
18. What can Ghosts tell us about death?
19. Is there a God?
20. Are Ghosts aware of their current state of existance?
21. Are Ghosts in a different realm?
22. How many realms are there?
23. What is it like in the other Realms?
24. Is there a multiverse?
25. Does anything exist?
By this point, you are probably very confused, but try not to think about it too much, you'll end up banging your head against the wall. Many philosophers probably did they same, that is why they probably didn't live very long, and were never married!
